Please fill out the intake form prior to your appointment. Each treatment has its own intake form to be completed.

If you can’t find a time or day that works for you, add yourself to our waiting list. You will be notified automatically when an opening becomes available. Click on practitioner’s name and scroll down until you see “Add yourself to [practitioner] wait list.” We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible! Please note, we do not take walk in appointments.

Kindly give us 48 hours to change or cancel an appointment. Our practitioners have set aside time for your appointment and late cancellations or no shows make it difficult to book in other patients who may be in need of a treatment. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a fee. Thank you for understanding.

With a professional background in power engineering and international safety operations, I bring a systems-based and evidence-driven approach to health and wellness. My transition into the health sciences was driven by a deep interest in understanding the human body at both a physiological and functional level. My education includes esthetics and laser technology, microbiology, nutrition, fitness coaching, yoga, kinesiology, massage therapy, and reflexology. I am particularly interested in how lifestyle habits, movement, and cross-cultural wellness practices support longevity and long-term health. I began my yoga journey at 18. My first class didn’t go as expected—I left feeling frustrated and convinced yoga wasn’t for me. It was my dad who encouraged me to give it another chance, introducing me to a teacher who completely changed my perspective. Not long after, I found myself deeply immersed in the yoga community, and what started as hesitation quickly grew into a lasting passion—one that led me to become a teacher.

I completed my teacher training in 2013 and have been teaching ever since. While I offer a wide variety of classes, I specialize in beginner yoga, yin, and mobility/functional movement.

As a teacher, my goal is to help students—especially those new to yoga—build confidence, move safely, and develop a sustainable, injury-free practice. With a foundation rooted in traditional training, my approach is centered on honouring each individual’s unique needs and experience.

I’m continually inspired by the transformations I witness in my students—the moment something clicks, the expression that follows finally achieving a long-worked-for posture, or the realization that they are capable of more than they once believed.
